Biomedical measurement systems (BMS) have provided new solutions for healthcare monitoring and the diagnosis of various chronic diseases. With a growing demand BMS in field medical applications, researchers are focusing on advancing these systems, including Internet Medical Things (IoMT)-based BMS, with aim improving bioprocesses, technologies biomedical equipment. This paper presents an overview recent activities towards development IoMT-based applications. Different methods approaches used presented discussed, taking into account some metrological aspects related to requirement accuracy, reliability calibration. The applied applications concerning, particular, heart, brain blood sugar diseases as well internal body sound pressure measurements. Finally, provides discussion about shortcomings challenges that need be addressed along possible directions future research activities.

Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women. Screening mammography is a low‑dose X‑ray examination of breasts, which is conducted to detect breast cancer at early stages when the cancerous tumor is too small to be felt as a lump. Screening mammography is conducted for women with no symptoms of breast cancer, for early detection of cancer when the cancer is most treatable an...
